A Chieftain of the All Progressive Congress (APC), in Ido/Osi Local Government Area of Ekiti State, Barrister Abraham Olugbenga Ojo has commended the better performance recorded by Governor Biodun Abayomi Oyebanji, in space of two hundred days in office.

The Global News reports that the Ilogbo-Ekiti born Politican In a statement on Thursday, described the people’s Governor as a Lover of Progress who outrightly has raised the bar of good governance and justifed himself being a goal-getter with forthright to position to the State for Greatness

Mr. Ojo, the House of Representatives aspirant in the just concluded general elections further said Ekiti people must be happy now having Mr. Oyebanji as Governor with an impressive ways he accommodated everyone in governance, in respective of political affiliation, bringing dividends of democracy for all and sundry in the the State. Mr. Ojo further illustrated that the people’s Governor Mr Oyebanji, has touched various sectors through various life-changing programmes, human empowerments, road rehabilitation, prompt payment of salary and pensions, recruitment of 1300 teachers into the public service, subvention for institutions, renovations of primary health care facilities and/or hospitals across the State, payment of over N300 million for the 2023 West African Examinations Council (WAEC) fees for students and N600 million counterpart fund to State Universal Basic Education Board (SUBEB) for local contractors to be paid in the state, but to mention a few.

Mr. Ojo, averred that Governor Oyebanji is loved by Ekiti people which shown over his good intentions for posterity State making it a worthwhile place under his regime. He, however, urged Ekiti people to continually give Governor Oyebanji, continual support yielding fruitful development for everyone in the nooks and crannies of Ekiti State. He affirmed his commitment and believes in APC leadership and administration in Ekiti State, while wishing Nigerians boisterous path under the incoming government of Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s led tenure starting on the, May 29, 2023.
