His Royal Majesty, Oba John Adegbenro Falore Ajigbade III, has urged citizens and residents of Ifaki-Ekiti to always embark on keep fit exercise for mental health balance, saying his initiative of monthly jugging which take place first Saturday of the month has come to stay forever.

The monarch made this known while leading Ifaki people to August edition of the exercise which lasted for 1hour amidst pomp and cheers from all and sundry. Oba Adegbenro expressed gratitude to everyone who participated in the event. “I am very happy seeing my people walking along with me to a morning walk which is a panacea for well-being of both the young and old people.

“It is imperative to continue the process serving as booster for good health. For me, i do it on daily basis while everyone should embrace it. Olufaki was joined by his wife, Olokun of Ifaki-Ekiti, Most High Chief Olatunji Olaiya alongside other notable Chiefs and Community Groups in the morning exercise while urging everyone to participate in the next edition. National Union of Road Transport Workers (NURTW), Road Transport Employers Association of Nigeria (RTEAN), Okada Riders Association Ifaki Chapter and serving members National Youth Service Corps in Ifaki-Ekiti were in attendance
