The Global News reports that the Executive Chairman of Ajoni Local Council Development Authority Hon, Prince Michael Ogungbemi has applauded the quality and brilliant performance of Governor Biodun Abayomi Oyebanji within the two hundred days in office.
In a statement, Prince Ogungbemi noted that Governor Oyebanji has indeed touched lives in his first two hundred days in office and redirect the style of governance in EKiti state to further boost their confidence in democracy.
The Chairman argued that the Governor really demonstrated his love for the people by bringing governance back to thier door steps in all sectors through various welfarist programmes, human empowerment, road rehabilitation, prompt payment of salary and pensions and the recent recruitment of teachers into the public service.
Prince Ogungbemi noted that the street credibility already gained by Governor Oyebanji was as a result of his home based approach to politics which had earned him more accolades around the states and in the camp of oppositions.
He however urged the people to continue to support the Governor and the APC government with a view to ensure all round development of the state.
