The Olufaki of Ifaki-Ekiti, Oba John Adegbenro Falore Ajibade III, has said that Ifaki-Ekiti and Nigerian children are the pride of every nation in whom the hope for continuity and a better future is reposed, the Global News reports.
This was contained in a statement signed by the Media Adviser to Olufaki, Oluwasegun Aina in Ifaki-Ekiti.
Describing children as the embodiment of innocence, energy, and vitality, the monarch urged Nigerians to use the occasion of Children’s Day celebration to deeply reflect on the state of the Nigerian child.
“Adequate measure is put in place in my domain to improve the Well-being of every child since my assession of the throne. My conviction for Ifaki-Ekiti children growth is non stop since they are imbedded with numerous qualities. “I urge my fellow monarchs and public office holders accross the nation to see to children upbringing yielding fruitful development.
“I call on State and Federal Ministry of Education to reinvent the Children’s Day Celebrations and give it the priority attention it deserves. It is an occasion children should look forward to. They deserve to savour their period of celebration. It is my prayers they will succeed bringing values for nation elevation.” Oba Adegbenro stated.
