The Executive Chairman of Isokan Local Council Development Area in Ekiti State, Hon. Olumide George Fadipe has felicitated with his Constituents and the Muslim Community in the country on this year’s Eid-el-Kabir celebration and urged them to celebrate with modesty, be law-abiding and to show commitment, empathy and sacrifice which the sacred season exemplified.
In a statement made available to newsmen, on Tuesday, to commemorate the occasion, Hon. Fadipe said, “I wish all our Muslim brothers and sisters, especially my constituents in Isokan LCDA of Ekiti State, and the entire Muslim Community in the country a very happy Eid-El-Kabir celebration.
Fadipe urged Muslim faithful and other Nigerians to imbibe the lessons of sacrifice, patience and faith as demonstrated by Prophet Ibrahim in the cause of his earthly journey.
According to him, “as we celebrate this year’s Eid-El-Kabir, I beseech my good people of Isokan Local Council Development Area and the entire Muslim Community in the country to celebrate with modesty, be law-abiding and above all, show commitment, empathy and sacrifice which this scared season exemplifies.
“May the season be delightful and the moments therein be joyous for all of us and may the years ahead be fruitful for your home and family. May Allah bless you all immensely. Amen”
