The Olufaki of Ifaki-Ekiti, His Royal Majesty, Oba John Adegbenro Falore Ajigbade III, has laid the foundation of Federation of Ifaki Student’s Union (FISU) permanent Secretariat located along Ado/Iworoko road.
Speaking after he performed the foundation laying of the secretariat, Oba said the project was conceived out of Comrade Kehinde Adeyemi’s led administration desire to construct a befitting building for students use in the community leaving temporary site.
The monarch further said, Development only come from sound mind. The courage of the current executive members of FISU led by Kehinde Adeyemi is commendable.
He therefore urged philanthropist of the community and stakeholders of the union to assist in making the project a reality. I pray this project attract speedy completion soonest, Olufaki added.
Speaking Earlier, President of the union, Comrade Kehinde Adeyemi thanked Oba Adegbenro for honouring their invitation to the event, expressing speedy completion of the project before the event of the year. He promised more feats and laudable programs before his tenure end.
The event was graced by dignitaries from all walks of life.
