In commemoration of Nigeria’s 63rd Independence Day Anniversary, the Chairman of Ajoni Local Council Development Area of Ekiti State, Hon. (Prince) Michael Ogungbemi, has extended his heartfelt greetings to Nigerians.
The council boss said the auspicious occasion serves as a reminder of the hard-fought freedom and liberty that the nation enjoys today and to thanks the sacrifices of countless patriots who dedicated their lives to the cause.
Ogungbemi, in a statement personally signed by him said the celebration is a day to honor the courage, determination, and unwavering commitment to the nation’s progress.
“Independence Day is not just a time to rejoice, but also a time for introspection.
“As the Chief Servant of our newly created Local Council Development Area, I urge everyone to reflect upon the progress we have made in our Administration, as well as the challenges that lie ahead.
