The chairman of the Ajoni Local Council Development Area, LCDA, Prince Michael Ogungbemi has celebrated the emergence of the lawmaker representing Ekiti Central Senatorial District, Opeyemi Bamidele as majority leader of the 10th Senate.
This is contained in a statement made available to newsmen in Ado Ekiti.
Prince Ogungbemi noted that the appointment of Senator Bamidele into the top echelon of the National Assembly is a thing of joy for Ekiti State and APC family.
He prayed God to continue to uphold the lawmaker towards achieving success in the task ahead.
According to him, the new position has placed Senator Bamidele at better vantage to facilitate more developmental projects to the state.
