Betty Anyanwu-Akeredolu, the former First Lady of Ondo State, expressed her discontent on social media towards one of her in-laws, Funke Akeredolu Aruna, for endorsing Governor Lucky Aiyedatiwa prior to the party primary.
Funke Aruna, who previously served as Deputy Chief Protocol to the late former Governor Oluwarotimi Akeredolu, was fingered as one of those who leaked information about Akeredolu’s health.
She called Funke “shameless” in a post she shared on her Instagram page.
Betty Akeredolu posted a picture of her husband’s niece wearing a cap with the inscription “I am lucky.”
In the post, the former First Lady said: “Behold the face of Aketi’s niece, Funke Akeredolu Aruna, the former deputy chief protocol to Aketi, shamelessly parades as ‘I am lucky’ Bloody serpent! Time will tell if she is truly lucky!”
