In its Mission to reach out to the Less Privileged in the society, The LAJIDE (Learn To Give) FOUNDATION dolled out Cash to some indigent Students of St. Augustine’s Comprehensive High School and Oye Egbo High School both in Oye Ekiti, Ekiti State.
In his remarks, the Chairman of Lajide Learn To Give Foundation Mr Olajide Ajileye said the Foundation was created to encourage the wealthy ones in the society to inculcate the habit of helping the needy around them in our society in any little ways they can afford.
He also gave the assurance that LAJIDE FOUNDATION has come to bring succour to the Less Privileged in the society.
While appreciating the kind gesture on behalf of the recipients, the Principal of St Augustine’s Comprehensive High School, Chief S.O Adu and his Oye Egbo High School counterpart, Mr Debo OlonÃboko showed profound gratitude towards the initiator of the Foundation.
Also, teachers in Oye Egbo High School, Mr Joshua Adegboye and Mrs Adigun expressed their warm appreciation and prayed that God grants the Initiator of the Foundation, Mr Olajide Ajileye the enablement to do more.
Comrade Abe Olorunyomi Victor, a member of the Management team of the Foundation, advised the Students to face their studies with utmost seriousness so as to become great ambassadors of their respective schools. He also chastised the Lazy ones among the students to stop being bad eggs and turn a new leaf.
Meanwhile, the Chairman of the Foundation promised to extend the kind gesture to the aged citizens in the society.
